Nathan will be providing individual psychotherapy on a limited basis, and clinical supervision to ensure quality of client care.

Nathan is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with over a decade of experience treating behavior, mood, substance abuse problems, and PTSD with individuals and their families. He is intensively trained for Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and is trained in provision of two evidence based treatments for PTSD: Prolonged Exposure, and Cognitive Processing Therapy. He believes that therapy is about balancing acceptance/understand and change. One of his strengths, as reported by clients, is his genuineness, candor, and sense of humor. His clients appreciate his ability to understand and validate, but quickly identify a problem and strategize with them.

His areas of expertise are: behavior modification, depression and anxiety, PTSD, and couples counseling.
